I offer individual therapy to clients (aged 16 and older) facing a range of difficulties. This includes anxiety, depression, phobias, relationship difficulties, stress, anger management, low self-esteem, significant life events/changes, and bereavement.
I have a special interest in treating the effects of trauma or other distressing events, as well as in managing ADHD.
I also work with people wanting to make use of therapy to improve their self-worth, confidence and/or motivation.

My aim is to create a safe, non-judgmental and collaborative therapeutic space. The therapist-client relationship is an integral part of the therapeutic process, and although therapy is not always easy, it's important to me that my clients to feel comfortable and respected. I work from an eclectic, holistic perspective, with a focus on somatic and process-oriented work. Somatic Experiencing, Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and BrainWorking Recursive Therapy are modalities I draw on extensively.
